Caspio Bridge data can be exported to your local computer at any time.  The following data formats are supported:

• Microsoft Access database
• Microsoft Excel workbook
• Caspio Bridge XML
• CSV (Comma Separated Values text file)

All exported files are compressed in ZIP format for faster download.

1. Select Export Table from the File menu, or in the Tables view click the Export button.  This brings up the Table Export Wizard.

2. Select your desired export format.  Click Next.

3. If you have selected Microsoft Access, Microsoft Excel or Caspio Bridge XML formats you can select  one or more tables to export.  Otherwise, you may only select one table to export.  Click Finish.

4. Click Close to move on to other actions while the export processes in the background. When export is completed, you will receive a notification in your Alerts window. You can download your exported file from the Alerts window by clicking on the provided Download link.

  • Your browser will prompt you to begin the file download. Select the Save option and place the file in the desired folder on your computer.

Tables with non-English characters: Tables containing non-English characters can be exported as Microsoft Access MDB, Microsoft Excel workbook, Caspio Bridge XML. However, non-English characters are not supported in comma separated (CSV) text files.
